I think August would like August to be a wolf, when it would confirm every terrible assumption he’s made about himself and his nature.
I’ve yet to examine the runes myself, but this realm’s symbols, like ours, aren’t unique to one caster.
That all to say, I’m unconvinced. If another wolf remains on the Diamonds, I would be more inclined to seek one with the teeth for the attack on Giles.
Mm. I’ve only recently met him, at Cellar’s birthday, but I trust your judgment. The accusation with Buffy was messy, and I know they won’t be the last martyrs that need to be talked down.
Loathe as I am to single out vampires, after last week… What are your thoughts on Armand and Spike?
I have incontrovertible proof of Spike’s innocence, despite his more overt connection to Giles.
Armand has the teeth and claws for the kill, though it does seem unlike him, to have played so brutally with his food. I suppose… I fear I do not see him clearly, a fact which has harmed myself and Astarion before, yet I cannot be sure of his culpability, either.
Of the surviving Diamonds, I lack knowledge of the following’s skill sets: Devon, Kate, OA, Ren.
Jinx did put forth that Armand was…messy, when attacking Spike before. I wonder if that has legs.
I like Armand well enough, but I largely know him from the time when we were our other selves. Liking him and trusting him are different creatures, I suppose, and I’m not sure how well I trust him.
I’m afraid I don’t know their skills, either. The names are barely familiar to me.
I've been collaborating with Ren discreetly and believe her testimony vital to catching a wolf, so I'll ask her myself. For now, I don't believe your average werewolf is capable of what we saw at the scene: A trail of canine paw prints, burning red and hot with magic.

In your honest opinion, how likely is it that he’s a Wolf?

[ and that's all he'll say, for now. ]
